Future Wash Membership Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to the Future Wash Membership (the "Membership"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully.
2. Membership Subscription
Monthly Membership: The cost is $20 per month, providing access to member-exclusive prices and benefits.
Annual Membership: The cost is $200 per year. This includes 12 months for the price of 10, providing the same benefits as the monthly membership.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are due at the beginning of each subscription period (monthly or annually).
Payment will be automatically charged to your designated payment method.
In the case of non-payment, services may be suspended until dues are cleared.
4. Member Benefits
Members enjoy up to 50% savings on all services.
Each membership allows washing of any car under the same plan.
Service Redemption: Members can redeem up to 4 services per month at the discounted price. For any additional services beyond the initial 4, members will receive a 20% discount on the standard rates.
Special member-only offers and discounts will be communicated from time to time.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Members can cancel or pause their subscription at any time.
For monthly subscribers, cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
Annual subscribers are committed for the year. Refunds for early cancellation are not provided.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Future Wash reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Membership after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Future Wash is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from suspension of service due to non-payment.
Future Wash's liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by the member.

Personal information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
